Chicken Drumstick, Potatoes and Mushrooms Recipe


Ingredients for 3 people:

  1. 6 drumsticks

  2. 100g of cherry tomatoes

  3. Butter

  4. 3 potatoes

  5. 100g of mushrooms

  6. 15cl of white wine

  7. 2 onions

  8. Fresh parsley


  1. Pre-heat your oven on thermostat 6 (200°c)

  2. Chose an oven pan big enough to contain the potatoes and drumsticks.

  3. Oil the pan

  4. Thinly chop the onions and put them in the pan.

  5. Peel the potatoes and cut them in equal pieces so they cook even, then put them in the pan

  6. Take the drumsticks, add salt and pepper on them and rub them so that the seasoning remains. Put them in the pan.

  7. Cut the cherry tomatoes, chop the parsley and add everything in the pan

  8. Add butter in small pieces (look back at the pictures above)

  9. Once everything is in the pan add the wine.

  10. Put it in the oven for 1h30 while stirring from time to time and add water if needed to avoid the food being dry.
