Cream Pasta and Bell Pepper

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  1. 200g of pasta of your choice

  2. 50cl of cream

  3. 1 red bell pepper

  4. Salt, pepper

  5. Parsley

  6. 1/2 onion


  1. Put 2l of water to boil with a bit of salt in it

  2. In a hot pan, add the chopped bell pepper and minced onion

  3. Once the pasta are cooked, add them to the pan with the bell pepper and let the whole cook for about 3 minutes

  4. Then add the cream to it and put the heat to low

  5. Cover everything and let it cook for 5 minutes


You can add parmesan cheese to it while it cooks so the cream thickens
