Ingredients for 6 persons:
3 tbsp of sugar
3 tbsp of olive oil
450g of flour
3 tbsp of all purpose yeast
600ml of milk
In a recipient, add the sugar and the eggs, whisk it until the texture is smooth.
Add the flour, yeast and olive oil. Whisk it again.
Slowly add the milk while whisking it.
Once the preparation is smooth.Heat up your pan, add the oil (frying oil is better to make the pancake grow)
Use a sauce spoon to drop the preparation in the middle of your pan. Once bubbles start to appear, turn it over and leave it on for only two to three seconds.
Every three pancakes add a bit of oil.
