Welcome back to this another delicious and healthy salad!
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 red bell pepper
300g of palm heart
If you want to cook the red bell pepper (which you are not obligated to do), in an oiled hot pan, add the chopped pepper with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
Chop the cucumber in thin slices.
Cut the tomatoes in four pieces each.
Cut the palm heart in not too thick nor thin slices.
Cut the olives in half or you can keep them whole.
